Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetHumanized ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at gethumanized.app and all related products and services.

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Description of Service

GetHumanized provides an AI-powered text processing service that rewrites and restructures AI-generated text to improve its naturalness and reduce AI detection scores. The Service also provides AI text detection analysis.

Our Service is powered by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI). We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including specific detection scores or passage of any particular detector tool. Results may vary based on the input text, the detection tool used, and other factors outside our control.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GetHumanized. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement above.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Your Account

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your credentials secure and not share your password with anyone.
• Notify us immediately at security@gethumanized.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GetHumanized only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of illegal content.
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our platform or AI models.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any form of mass unsolicited communication.
• Resell or redistribute access to GetHumanized without our written consent.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service beyond what the API access plan permits.
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits, security features, or access controls.

Fair Use & Unlimited Plan Policy

"Unlimited" means no hard monthly word cap for individual human use — it does not mean unrestricted programmatic or automated access. Examples of permitted use include:

• Drafting, editing, or polishing content manually as part of your personal or professional writing workflow.
• Processing documents, essays, blog posts, or reports one at a time.
• Using the web interface or the API within the call limits of your plan (1,000 calls/month on Unlimited; 5,000 calls/month on Teams).

Examples of prohibited use that violate this policy:

• Running automated scripts, bots, or pipelines that submit requests without direct human interaction.
• Bulk-processing scraped or externally sourced content at volumes exceeding the daily fair-use threshold.
• Sharing a single account across multiple people or teams beyond the seat allocation of your plan.
• Reselling or white-labelling our output without a separate commercial agreement.

We monitor usage patterns for anomalies. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy may receive a warning, be temporarily throttled, or — in repeated or egregious cases — have their subscription suspended without refund. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any suspension.
